Sammie made our wedding day perfect. We had a long engagement, and she met with us and worked with us for over a year before the event. Sammie was wonderful, and we could not have hired a better performer. For our wedding in December she sang for the ceremony, the cocktail hour and our first dance. Besides letting us pick what songs to sing from her list, Sammie also learned two songs just for us (Simply the Best and Rose of Sharon)! On the day of our wedding, Sammie arrived early to set up all her equipment, her setup was great, and her timing with all the songs during the ceremony were perfect. She was very professional and so very sweet to me and my beautiful bride. When we found her online we immediately loved her voice but when we heard Sammie on our wedding day we were blown away. We were a little nervous when we found out that the DJ could no longer play the last hour of our wedding due to Austin city ordinances for outdoor weddings. We hired Sammie to play the final hour + our private last dance, and I honestly think we had MORE people on the dance floor while she was playing. She played a variety of current fast and slow songs on her guitar and sang beautifully while walking around the dance floor. Sammie was extremely accommodating for the planning aspect and whatever our expectations were she blew them away 1000 fold. Such a wonderful, raw, and amazing talent and wish I could make an excuse to have another reason to hire Sammie again!!! I’m not writing this as an obligatory vendor review. I’m writing this because Sammie is absolutely amazing and everyone needs to know about it!! Sammie’s voice is OUT OF THIS WORLD. After our ceremony at least 75% of our guests commented how crazy amazing she is and asked us how in the world we were able to book this super star. If you’re not convinced yet just go to her website and listen. We hired Sammie as our ceremony musician. She played the guitar and ukulele and sang like an angel. We were going for a super unique and non-traditional vibe so she adjusted to that and played the songs we requested. She even turned an EDM song into an acoustic version. I cannot wait to get our wedding video back to listen to it again.

I don't even know where to start with Sammie! Sammie played during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and first dance at our wedding in San Antonio in November 2018. There are not enough eloquent words for the respect and gratitude my husband and I have for her. Sammie was overwhelmingly the most professional, sweet, and wonderful person I worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process (out of all our vendors). On top of that, she is so incredibly talented - and our wedding would not have been the same without her. Sammie was flexible, arrived early, worked outstanding with our other wedding vendors, and was just a dream for an anxious bride. Sammie was great before the wedding, always quick to respond, and had a very large repertoire of wedding and non-wedding songs (I sat and listened to them over and over on her YouTube channel leading up to the wedding!). Sammie even learned our first dance song for us just a couple weeks before the wedding, and performed it beautifully! We had so many guests come up during the wedding to ask about Sammie, and even ask for her name after the wedding, so they could check out her music. When I told my husband that I wanted live music, I could never have envisioned how magical Sammie would be able to help make our day.
